General information
- Check-in/Arrival from 16:00.
- Check-out/Departure until 10:00.
- On request, an earlier arrival and later departure are surely possible.
Parking
Outdoor the parking places at the chalet are reserved for you.
Quiet of the night
From 10:00 p.m. till 7:00 a.m., guests are required to respect the quiet of the night.
Dogs
On request, dogs can stay at a price of 1.500 CZK per animal.
Reservation terms
Accommodation is possible after filling in and sending the reservation form, which is available on the website of the accommodation provider, and after confirming the reservation date. Before arrival, it is necessary to perform an online check-in. It is necessary to provide the required information about the persons who will be accommodated. The payment should be provided on invoice in advance to the accommodation provider's account.
Accommodation terms
Damage caused during the stay
Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the accommodation provider's
property. The guests are obliged to report the damage by phone and pay the corresponding
fee. This claim also applies to damage that was discovered only after the guest's departure.
We are not responsible for guests personal belongings, motor vehicles, bicycles and others. It
is not even responsible for guests delayed or forgotten personal belongings and lost money,
electronics and other valuables.
Electrical devices and equipment
It is forbidden to move any equipment and furniture without consent of the accommodation
provider. Moreover, it is forbidden to do any interventions in the electrical network.
Other information
- Please use the chalet only for recreation purpose.
- If the stay is terminated prematurely due to an interruption that is not caused by the
accommodation provider, the accommodation provider is not obliged to return the
paid price of the stay or its proportional part. - Smoking is forbidden.
- The owner has the right to carry out a random inspection of the use of the accommodation object in accordance with the accommodation rules, at any time during the stay, after prior notification.
- It is prohibited to prepare food and drinks outside the kitchen, with the exception of barbecuing on the terrace.
- Please always lock all front doors when leaving the chalet, check that windows are closed and doors are locked to prevent theft.
- The host is not responsible for any damage to the chalet of the guests or for the theft of their belongings.
- Guests are required to use all appliances, sauna, pool, hot tub in accordance with the operating instructions. The use of the recreational facilities of the swimming pool, the swimming barrel in the garden of the chalet is at your own risk.
- Do not throw hygiene items, wet toilet paper and baby diapers into the toilet, as this could clog the waste system.
- In the event that there are defects in the equipment of the chalet, it is necessary to inform the accommodation provider immediately.
- During heating, the chalet must not be left, the fire must always be extinguished. The stove serves only as a backup heat source, not as the main source of heat or cooking. It is strictly forbidden to burn garbage in the stove.
- Lighted candles must always be blown out when leaving.
- Own electrical appliances may not be used, with the exception of computers, tablets similar devices and appliances intended for personal hygiene.
- Do not tamper with main water shut-offs, electrical circuit breakers, distribution box or fire extinguisher without reason. In case of any malfunction, contact the accommodation provider and do not carry out repairs on your own.
- Observe fire safety measures, open fire in the chalet is prohibited. An alarm is triggered when smoke is detected. In case of fire, the fire extinguisher is located in the technical room.
- The guests are obliged to maintain order and cleanliness in the chalet and its surroundings during their stay. In the event that the resident causes significant pollution, guests are obliged to compensate for the costs of its removal.
- The guests may leave the shoes in the hallway. Entrance to the chalet is prohibited in outdoor shoes. The ski room, garage and hallway are determined for your boots.
- It is prohibited to move any furniture outside of the chalet.
- Those accommodated are obliged to compensate the damage caused to the accommodation provider's property on the basis of a written request, by transfer to the accommodation provider's account.
- Upon departure, the guests are obliged to hand over the keys in the number in which they received them, in a pre-agreed manner. In case of loss, the guests are obliged to cover the cost of replacing the locks.
- The accommodation provider has taken all measures to ensure the safety of the guests. However, the provider is not responsible for damage to health during normal operation. Residents are obliged not to leave entrusted persons unattended.
- A grill is available at each chalet. Please clean the grill after use.
Cleaning service
- The chalet is cleaned only before the arrival and after the departure of the accommodated guests. Cleaning is not carried out during the stay.
- Please leave the trash in the bin until departure or take it to a determined place.
- Before departure, please do a basic cleaning.
- Please put the dishes into the dishwasher and turn it on.
- Please leave the wet and used towels on the floor in bathroom.
- Please close all windows.
Cancellation terms
If, for some reason, you should not be able to make use of your stay in one of our chalet, we will try our best to find another guest for your chalet.
Cancellation up to 1 week after booking confirmation is free, 30 days before arrival is charged at 50 % of the booking total. If the stay is cancelled after this period, the full price will be charged.
